From this data, we can determine what needs to be done (if anything) regarding "wear" parts like batteries and capacitors and how they will hold up under load with some amount of predictability. In most cases, when dealing with human error one of our Field Engineers is able to walk someone through getting the UPS back online over the phone within minutes, minimizing your downtime and associated costs.
